The Project

The Concept

Art Property Mantuleasa reimagines modern living in the heart of Bucharest, where the historic spirit of bohemian streets meets the refinement of contemporary architecture. Developed by Art Property Development—part of the Bog’Art group—this boutique project brings 52 premium apartments to central Bucharest, including duplexes, studios, and units with 2, 3, and 4 rooms, each with access to underground parking and generous storage spaces.

The residences are designed for those who want more than a central address—they seek character, attention to detail, urban intimacy, and an aesthetic that respects the past while looking firmly toward the future. Ventilated facades with premium finishes, aluminum joinery with triple-glazed windows, smart climate control, and photovoltaic systems for common areas—all converging toward a truly iconic standard of living.

Our Positioning Strategy

Art Mantuleasa speaks to a select audience that appreciates both urban heritage and innovation. The proximity to Bucharest’s historic landmarks—University Square, the National Theatre, Calea Victoriei—positions the project as a natural choice for those who live the city’s rhythm but seek the comfort of a personal sanctuary.

Our brand messaging focused on the idea of balance: between elegance and functionality, between premium positioning and intimacy, between a vibrant lifestyle and the tranquility of home. The tone of communication is warm, inspired by the charm of the Mantuleasa area, but supported by solid arguments: versatile layouts, bright apartments with private gardens or terraces, high-tech amenities, and facilities for sustainable living.
