Developed by ELITE CITY, a company with two decades of construction experience in Cluj-Napoca, this was their very first project in the capital. 96 apartments across 3 buildings, 4 floors each, featuring an interior pool, a residents-only gym, and generous green spaces surrounding the entire development.
The challenge was twofold. ELITE CITY had built an impeccable reputation over 20 years of building in Cluj-Napoca, but Bucharest was a different market entirely. Buyers here didn't know the brand. We needed to transfer two decades of credibility into a new city, position the project as genuinely premium, and generate consistent demand in one of the capital's most competitive neighborhoods, all while navigating the market disruptions of 2020–2022.
