Crosspoint Real Estate

One website for the company and its properties

Crosspoint, Savills' associate in Romania, had one website for the company and another for its properties. We merged them on crosspoint.com.ro into a bilingual platform with one brand identity, integrated with the REBS CRM, run by the internal team from a CMS and ready for AI search.

The Project

One company, two websites, two different faces.

The problem

Crosspoint ran two WordPress sites. crosspoint.com.ro presented the company, in English only, along with its market reports. crosspoint-imobiliare.ro was the property portal, bilingual and connected to the REBS CRM.

A client moving from the company pages to the listings effectively landed on another site: a different domain, a different design, a different cookie banner. A company on the market since 2005 looked different depending on which page you opened.

For the team, every change meant updating two sites, and SEO effort and Google authority were split across two domains.

The solution

One platform, on crosspoint.com.ro, that presents the company and sells property under a single identity. We kept the corporate domain because that is where the authority built since 2005 lived, and every URL of the old portal now leads to the matching page.

The design is modern but stays corporate: dark sections, Crosspoint red as the accent, and glassmorphism in the menu, search and cards. The same visual language runs from the homepage to the page of an industrial warehouse.

The platform is fully integrated with REBS: listings and agents come straight from the CRM, and enquiries from the site go back into it, on the right property and agent. The internal team manages the content easily, straight from the CMS.

And it is built for the way people search today: the site is ready for AIO and GEO, and Crosspoint is easy to find in ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews and other AI assistants.

What we built

A 360 platform for Crosspoint's clients

One brand identity

One visual language for the company and its properties: modern and corporate, with glassmorphism and the same colours and fonts on every page, in Romanian and English.

Full REBS integration

Listings, photos and agents sync from the CRM automatically. Every enquiry from the site goes into REBS, linked to the property, the agent and the source the client came from.

A CMS for the internal team

The Crosspoint team manages pages, articles, market reports, consultant profiles and filters on its own, from a simple panel that came with a user guide.

AIO, GEO and agent-ready

We prepared the site for the way people search today. The company, its team and its properties are easy to find in ChatGPT, Perplexity and other AI assistants.

SEO with nothing lost

Domain authority kept: old URLs redirected, market reports indexable, schema.org structured data and 35 dedicated area pages.

Road infrastructure map

For logistics clients, the industrial map shows motorways, expressways, the Bucharest ring road, sections under construction and road junctions, with the distance to the nearest access.

Easy search

Clear filters for type, transaction, area, price and size, search by city or district, and results shown as a list or on a map.

Member accounts

Clients save favourite properties to analyse later, keep searches with email alerts, and get notified when the price of a property they follow changes.

Implementation

The thinking behind the design

We treated Crosspoint as an advisory company, not a listings portal. The company pages and the market reports are airy and calm, and information density appears only in the listings, where clients actually compare properties.

We started from Crosspoint's identity, with its new logo and fonts, and gave each colour a single job. Red stays the brand colour, the one the market knows the company by. Yellow marks the buttons and the prices on the map, everything you can act on, so the next step is always easy to spot. Dark sections give the site weight and a premium feel, and glassmorphism adds depth in place of shadows, so it feels modern without feeling heavy.

The listings follow how clients search. Each property type opens with a few primary filters chosen for it, and the rest open only when needed. A logistics company judges a location by its motorway access, so the industrial map shows motorways and road junctions. The base map is greyscale, so the properties are the first thing you see.

Deals happen between people, so every Crosspoint consultant has a page of their own, with their active listings and the articles they wrote.

1

Structure

Services organised first by property type, plus 35 zone pages, because that is how clients search: a certain kind of space in a certain place.

2

Wireframes and design

25 page wireframes and designs on one set of visual rules, so the company pages and the listings look like a single site.

3

Platform, REBS and CMS

Properties come straight from REBS, so agents enter each one only once, in the CRM. The team edits everything else in the CMS.

4

Launch

On 21 September 2026 the site went live on crosspoint.com.ro, and the old property portal now redirects to it.

What the client says

Crosspoint on working with us

“Working with ADACITY was outstanding, from our first discussion, where we set out exactly what we wanted, to the launch of the new website. I would recommend the team anytime to anyone who asks me for advice on this: they are very well prepared, technically and creatively, but above all proactive and open to feedback.”
