The Concept

Green Future Sinaia is a residential development at the foot of the Bucegi Mountains — one of Romania’s most iconic natural landscapes. Developed by the Green Future group, already known for successful projects in Snagov and Mogosoara, this was a project that combined the appeal of mountain living with the investment potential of one of Romania’s most visited resort towns.

The proposition was clear: a unique living experience at the foot of the mountains. Apartments designed for those seeking either a smart investment in a high-demand tourist area or a personal retreat for weekends and holidays — with the reliability of a developer whose track record spoke for itself.

Our Strategic Approach

This was our third collaboration with the Green Future brand, giving us deep familiarity with their audience, values, and market position. We began by redefining the visual identity to better communicate the project’s core benefits and the credibility of the people behind it. The existing Green Future brand already carried strong market recognition — our job was to channel that trust into a Sinaia-specific story.

The target audience split into two distinct profiles: investors seeking reliable returns in a tourist hotspot, and families looking for a vacation apartment for their downtime. Each required different messaging, different creative, and different funnel paths — but both needed to feel the same brand confidence.

Selling mountain real estate requires a different playbook than urban projects. Buyers aren’t just comparing floor plans — they’re buying into a lifestyle promise. Our campaign architecture reflected this: awareness campaigns led with the Sinaia setting and mountain lifestyle, while conversion campaigns focused on concrete investment returns and limited availability.

We deployed a deliberate online-offline media mix. Digital campaigns drove the majority of qualified leads through Meta and Google, while offline touchpoints — including partnerships and local presence — reinforced credibility in a market where trust matters as much as the view from the balcony. Retargeting played a crucial role: the decision cycle for vacation properties is longer, so we built sequences that kept Green Future Sinaia top of mind over weeks and months.
